Ingeborg Marie (Gerhardson) Johnson (1869 - 1951)

Ingeborg Marie Gerhardson (or Ingeborg Marie Gerhardsdatter as her name was in Norway) was born Feb. 22, 1869(# 12) on Ivarsøy farm, Fitjar in Sunnhordaland County, Norway. She died on May 30, 1951 in Clearbrook, Clearwater County, Minnesota. She was daughter of Gerhard Conrad Thomsen and Anna Martine Olsdatter. She married Johannes Martin Johnson, b. 18 Apr. 1865(# 23), Stord, Sunnhordaland, Norway, d. April 27, 1950, Clearbrook. They had 6 children:

1. Elisabeth Marthine Johnson, b. March 17, 1893, d. April 26, 1977.
2. Tallack Gerhard Johnson, b. ca 1895, d. 1985.
3. Tallack Julius Johnson, b. Aug. 12, 1898, d. May 1970.
4. Cora Johnson, b. Sep. 1, 1900, d. Aug. 1982. She was married Ed Green and they were living in North Dakota.
5. Florence Johnson, b. May 20, 1903, d. July 31, 1948. She died in a car accident.
6. Herbert Johnson.

Ingeborg Maries christning was on March 25, 1869 in Fitjar church. She was confirmed on October 07, 1883 in Fitjar church. Her grade was very good. At that time she was living on Ivarsøy farm, Fitjar.
